FAQ's
Questions are part of the journey. Here’s what you need to know before finding your Best Path.
What is dog psychology?
Dog psychology is the study of how dogs naturally think, communicate, respond, and interact with the world around them. Understanding these behaviors can help us better interpret what our dogs are communicating and improve the way we respond to them.

At Best Path, we use these principles to help strengthen communication between dogs and their owners and create healthier, more balanced relationships.
We've tried other trainers with limited results. How is Best Path different?
Best Path focuses on more than managing unwanted behavior—we work to understand what's driving it.
Our process begins with an assessment of your dog, their behavior, environment, and interactions with you. We also look at how you communicate and respond as an owner.

From there, we help you understand the principles of dog psychology and develop the consistency, confidence, and communication skills necessary to create lasting change.
Our goal is not to make you dependent on a trainer. It's to give you the knowledge and tools to better understand and lead your dog long after training ends.
Do you work with different breeds, ages, and sizes?
Absolutely. Best Path works with dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes.
Â
Every dog and household is different, which is why we begin with an assessment before recommending a training approach. From there, we'll determine the Best Path based on your dog's needs, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Do you guarantee results?
We are deeply committed to helping every client succeed, but successful training is a partnership.

Progress depends on several factors, including consistency, commitment, patience, follow-through, and participation from everyone involved in your dog's care. Therefore, it would be unprofessional for us to offer a 100% guarantee due to these variables. However, your success is our utmost priority!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as cash and checks. Electronic payments are preferred as part of our effort to reduce unnecessary paper use.
